You can hate America
In the heart of my emotions lies a profound contradiction. I harbor a deep-seated disdain for the state of America, yet my love for its people remains unwavering. Despite my aversion to this nation, I proudly declare it my home. I maintain that one can despise America and still embody goodness. But alas, a heavy boot now rests upon our collective throat, a boot not of America's making but one worn by an imposter who seized her essence.
America, once vibrant, has fallen prey to the forces of prejudice, fear, ignorance, and greed. In the dead of night, these malevolent influences invaded her sanctuary, binding and gagging her before tossing her naked into the trunk of a car. Now, a sinister entity parades in her boots, submerged in a sea of blood – her own and that of innocence worldwide.
The America I yearn for, the one painted in my childhood recitations of the pledge of allegiance, differs drastically from the reality I now confront. My vision was of a nation that embraced all with open arms, providing safety, boundless learning opportunities, and radiating love, equality, empathy, diligence, community, and prosperity. Yet, this vision was but a fragment of the complete story.
Our reality is dictated by unseen puppeteers, weaving a narrative that distracts and divides. "Have more babies but expect no healthcare," they decree. "Educate yourselves, but sacrifice your future for the privilege." A world where genetically altered, nutritionally vacant food dominates, silencing any complaints with the threat of hunger and thirst. District 12, abandoned and forgotten.
But the root of our problems is not the people – it is the bandits who stole this land from river to sea. Their crimes cannot excuse those of others. Together, they conjure distractions that are destined to crumble. We must see through their facade. The world deserves respite. Let us cultivate the land, dismantle the patriarchy, and resolve our conflicts. I declare my hatred for America, yet my love for its people and for you, my fellow beings, remains steadfast.
Can we not transcend the shackles of politics and recognize that our true enemy is not each other but those who orchestrated the theft of our land? Let us unite, rise above, and forge a new path.
Imagine if, with a mere 20 committed souls, we abandoned the trappings of modern society to roam, hunt, and fish. A community bound by civility, rejecting the chains that bind us. It may be uncomfortable initially, but with time, we could bring our technology, sustainably coexisting with nature. Profit, not in monetary terms, but in the richness of a life untethered from the burdens of societal expectations.
Born into chaos, I yearn to contribute to creating genuine peace and freedom. I am willing to forsake my last paycheck, sell my possessions, and hike into the wilderness. Together, we can build fires, find food, create tools, and offer aid. In unity, we can set ourselves free before the puppeteers even realize the fragility of their chains.
Can you fathom the impact of a million Americans choosing this path for just 30 days? The harmonious melodies around campfires, a chorus of those who dared to defy the status quo.
Are you, are you, coming to the tree...
